Refund Policy

Last updated September 25, 2026

Everything we sell is a digital download, such as the complete Rulebook. If a purchase is not what you hoped for, we will refund it.

Full refund within 14 days

Email studio@therichrules.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used to buy, and we will refund you in full. No questions asked, and you do not need to delete or return anything.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Problems with a download

If a file will not open or a link has stopped working, email us and we will send it again. You do not need to request a refund to get a working copy.

Free downloads

The Starter Rules and everything else we give away for free are, of course, free: there is nothing to refund.
