The Complete Rulebook
The rules rich families pass down.
Now they’re yours.
Nobody handed you the rulebook. Wealthy families teach it at the kitchen table: how to keep money, protect it and pass it on.

Does any of this sound familiar?
Tap the ones that are true for you.
- You have meant to update your beneficiary forms for years.
- A relative asked to borrow money, and you said yes because you did not know how to say no.
- If something happened to you tomorrow, your family would not know where anything is.
- You have saved for decades, and you still feel like you are guessing.
- Nobody in your family ever talked about money at the dinner table.
That is not a failing. Nobody taught you. Wealthy families teach these rules at home, early, the same way they teach table manners. Most of us never got that lesson, so the old habits got passed down instead: the debt, the silence about money, the paperwork nobody finished.
What waiting quietly costs
An old form can beat your will.
Retirement accounts and life insurance go to whoever is named on the beneficiary form, whatever your will says. A form you filled in twenty years ago can still send the money to an ex-spouse.
No will, and a court decides.
Without a will, state law decides who inherits, and a judge decides who raises your minor children. Most families find this out at the worst possible moment.
Your savings may be earning almost nothing.
The national average savings rate is about 0.37%. On $10,000, that is roughly $37 a year. A high-yield account with the same FDIC protection pays about ten times as much.
Each of these takes an afternoon to fix once you know the rule. The Rulebook shows you how, in order.

From “When family asks to borrow money”
Not “I don’t have it right now.”
Say “I can give you $______ as a gift, no strings. Anything more, we write down.”

- You walk into any room, any dinner, and feel like you belong.

Questions people ask
Is it too late for me?
No. Most of this book is for people who already have something to protect: savings, a home, children and grandchildren. The paperwork, the words and the Family Binder matter more at 60 than at 30.
I am not a numbers person. Will I follow it?
Yes. It is written in plain English, one habit at a time, and every habit ends with one small thing to do this week. There are no charts to read and no investing jargon.
Is the print easy to read?
Yes. It is set in large, bold, high-contrast type, made to print at home and read without squinting.
How do I get it? Do I need a printer?
You download seven PDFs the moment you pay. Read them on a phone, tablet or computer, or print them at home, at a library or at any office store.
Is any of this on the website?
No. The full guides are only in the Library inside the Rulebook (77 of them), and the plan, the words and the Family Binder were never on the site.
What if it is not for me?
Email us within 14 days for a full refund.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. It is general education. Rules on wills, trusts and taxes vary by state and change over time, so check current figures and talk to a professional before you act. The Family Binder helps you walk into that meeting prepared.
Be the one who starts the rules in your family.
Your children and grandchildren can grow up with the rules you never got.
